Business Consulting that actually changes how you operate

We work with mid-market companies across England to fix the specific problems that slow growth: unclear financial forecasts, disjointed supply chains, and leadership teams that can't agree on priorities. Most engagements run twelve weeks. You get a written plan, weekly check-ins, and measurable targets your board can track.

What we do

Three practices, each led by a senior consultant with at least fifteen years of sector experience.

Financial strategy and forecasting

We build rolling 18-month cash-flow models tied to your actual revenue data. Not a template spreadsheet you never open again. Our clients typically reduce forecasting variance by 30% within the first quarter because the model reflects real cost drivers, not industry averages.

Operations and process improvement

We map every step in your order-to-delivery cycle, time it, and identify where work sits idle. A food distributor we advised last year cut their average fulfilment time from 4.2 days to 2.6 days after we restructured their warehouse pick sequence and renegotiated carrier schedules.

Leadership alignment and governance

When founders disagree on direction, everything stalls. We facilitate structured decision-making sessions over four to six weeks, producing a written charter that spells out who owns which decisions. One client told us it was the first time in three years the board finished a meeting without a shouting match.

How a typical engagement works

We keep the process short and direct. Twelve weeks, four phases.

1. Diagnostic (weeks 1–2)

We interview your leadership team, review two years of financial statements, and observe daily operations on-site. By the end of week two you receive a written diagnostic report that identifies the three to five issues with the largest financial impact.

2. Planning (weeks 3–4)

We draft an action plan with specific owners, deadlines and expected savings for each recommendation. You approve, amend or reject each item before we move forward. Nothing proceeds without your sign-off.

3. Implementation support (weeks 5–10)

Our consultant works alongside your team two days per week to execute the plan. That means attending your operations meetings, building the spreadsheet models, and coaching managers through new processes. We do the work with you, not for you.

4. Handover and review (weeks 11–12)

We deliver a final report comparing baseline metrics to current performance. You keep all templates, models and documentation. A follow-up call six weeks later is included at no extra charge.
